Meet Our Team
Megan Tice
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Modern Mare, is an Arizona native with 18 years of equine reproduction experience. Having worked in the Rio Verde area as both a breeding manager and ranch manager for over 15 years, Megan is excited and proud to own this equine reproduction business in her hometown. Horses have been her passion since she started riding at 7 years old. Megan showed Arabians and hunter/jumpers as a youth and then got hooked on showing reining horses as an adult. She attended Cazenovia College in Upstate New York, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Business Management and a specialization in equine reproduction.
